Another Metropolitan Police officer has been dismissed following BBC Panorama's undercover investigation into the force's Charing Cross station.

PC Mason O'Connor was sacked after a hearing found he had breached standards of professional behaviour, relating to a comment he made to a female colleague, the Met said.
