It has been just over two weeks since a crash on the A66 duel carriageway near Middlesborough, which killed seven people - including two police officers.
The BBC's Ed Thomas has travelled to the Grangetown area of the city, which, along with the South Bank area, has been the focus of a large police operation into organised crime following the tragedy.
